Please bring gloves, trowel, rake, clippers big and small and a weeding bucket if you have it. Also a water bottle is a good idea too.

October 19th, Thursday (rain or shine): Storm King Arts Center located in New Windsor, NY. 'Storm King Art Center is a 500-acre outdoor museum located in New York’s Hudson Valley, where visitors experience large-scale sculpture and site-specific commissions under open sky. Since 1960, Storm King has been dedicated to stewarding the hills, meadows, and forests of its site and surrounding landscape. We are luckily to get a reservation during the beautiful fall in New England and look forward to sharing the day together.
Timing: This will be an all day event, 8:45am - 5 or 6pm - meet at old town hall parking lot to head out no later than 9am. Cost: approximately $40 per person What’s included: admission to center, private 1 hour tour, free tram ride around the property, carpooling with member drivers. Wear: Good walking shoes RSVP by Sept 27th - we have to commit and pay a deposit ahead - if you have to change your plans after Sept 27th we ask that you pay or find someone to fill your spot.
Bring your own lunch and drink - we will enjoy their outdoor picnic area.
